Carney, to Half Noel Steward, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Steward. Sulphur. The Rev. Jack Prichard read the marriage vows at 3 p. n. on August 10 in the presence of members of the immediate family.The bride was dressed in a beige suit with brown accessories. Her corsage was of brown orchids.Matron Of honor v.*as Mrs. George Morris, sister-in-law of the bride. Mr. Steward was his son’s best man.A reception followed ill the home of Dr. and Mrs. D. L. Pennington. The latter is a sister of the bride. Assisting at tt-e reception were Mrs. R. E. Hamner and Mrs. George Morris.The bride was graduated from Carney highschool and Oklahoma A.' and M. college, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phisorority.The bridegroom attended the University of Oklahoma for two years and East Central State college.
