NOTED ACTOR ARRIVES FOR EDITOR’S ROLE IN “JESSE JAMES”Special to The News Herald.Noel, Mo., Aug. 24.—Henry Hull of “Tobacco Hoad” fame arrived here early this morning to prepare for his role as Major Cobb, a newspaper editor, in the “Jesse James picture being filmed in the nearby Pineville community by Twentieth Century-Fox.Hull only recently finished portraying the part of Franz Josef in “The Great Waltz,” and Director Henry King revealed several days ago he took screen tests of the actor for his part in the “Jesse James” picture before leaving Hollywood.Among stars already working here are Tyrone Power, Henry Fonda, Jane Darwell and Brian Doriievy. Expected here some time this week are Randolph Scott, Nancy Kelly and several character actors.The movie company went on location again near Pineville this morning and may move into Pineville for scenes before the end of the week.
