ANDERSON ANDMISS OLIVE SHORTER.Ceremony War, at thr Home of theGroom's Brother, Ralph S.Anderson.IAt Hie home of Mr. and Mrs. RalphAnderson, 501 West Seventh street,at 7:30 last evening, Miss Olive Shorter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. G.Shorter, cl Cedar Run, became thebride of Mr. Anderson’s brother, William Howard Anderson.The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Demas Oochlin, in the presence of about 75 guests. The bride,who was exquisitely gowned in white messaUne satin, trimmed with pearlgarniture, and carried a shower bouquet oi while sweet peas, was attended by the groom's sister, Miss Mabel Anderson, who wore a pink messalincsatin dress, and carried a bouquet ofpink and white sweet peas. The bestipr.ii was Jack Wicks.The bridal party stood before thelarge bay window, which was a solidmass of cedar ropes, ferns, foliage,plants and palms, while immense1 ouqueis of white asters were placed on either side of the window. The ring ceremony was used, little Adeic Anderson, niece of the groom, carrying the ring in the center of a 1 age white lily, which was the center flow*e~ of a bouquet composed of sweetalygsium. She was dainty in a dress Of white embroidery.The wedding inarch was played byMiss Ethel Gibbs, and during the ceremony Traumerei was played.After congratulations the guestswere invited to the lawn, which waslighted with Japanese lanterns, the nests being seated at small tables, and served with sandwiches, olives, ice cream, assorted cakes and coffee. Miss Etta Minor superintended the serving, assisted by the Misses Nettie Poinazel, Marian Snushail, Ida. Ikii!y. Ida ■Sessions, Lily Hogan. ElsieMay, Minnie Winnell and RerniceRobertson. Ralph Anderson was master of ceremonies, and Miss MargaretJohnson ushered (lie guests to the•loak room. Mr, and Airs. Anderson.vore the recipients of a large number if beautiful gifts.The bridal couple left on the 9:05 'ere Marquette train for Detroit, theii vedding trip to extend to Chicago anddilwaukee.
