The ceremony, which took place at St. John’s Evangelical church at (?;4d was very beautifuland impressive, and was witnessed by relatives and friends to the number of fifty. Miss Minna Lnz, the church organist, played Mendelssohn’s wedding inarch as the bridal con pie entered the church and took places before the altar and then Rev. Alfred Schnh spoke the binding words to the accompaniment of Make Me Thine Own/' which was played softly and sweetly on the pipe organ by Miss Lanz. At the close the wedding march from, Lohengrin was played. The bride wore a blue traveling gown and carried a bunch of bride's rosea. The couple were attended by Miss Rosa Hirsig, sister of the groom, and Nicholas Dttrafe, brother of the bride.The bridal party left the church for the home of Mr. and Mrs. N. S. Durst, parents of the bride, where a wedding breakfast was served before the couple left at 8:33 for Milwaukee, going there to visit relatives before leaving for Nashville, Term., where a brother of the groom resides. They expect to return the latter part of next week to take possession of a unzy home at 183East Mechanic street that awaits them.Both the bride and groom were brought up in St. John’s church and it was fitting that their marriage should take place there. It is the first wedding to occur in this church. The groom is the son of Mr, and Mrs. We Mg and has long been connected with the Lauz hardware, where he has proven a very capable, industrious and trustworthy young man, and his friends are many. The bride is also very generally esteemed by the qualities that have drawn to her a host of near friends.
