Miss Botvron is Bride of Richard A Shirk Jr. tMiss -Yvonne Lee Bowron and Richard Andrew Shirk Jr., exchanged wedding vows and rings at a candlelight ceremo ny Saturday. Aug. 17 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening at First Methodist Church. Umatilla.The Rev. Ballard Wilson Officiated.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kent S, Bowron, Kustis. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. shirk of Kustis.A program of nuptial music was presented by Mrs. Tommy Hronnand. organist and Mrs. Tommy Powers, vocalist.The church w;ts decorated with arrangements ol white daisies and chrysanthemums on the altar. Palms were placed in the front part ot the church. Candles with daisies and greenery decorated the pews.The bride was given in marriage by her father. She was lovely in a formal gown of silk organza and satin over taffeta. The elegant styling featured a satin wedding band neckline, the organza cage exquisitely set oil with swirls of pearls on alencon lace. The long fitted sleeves carriea out the same motif.The back of her gow-n was fashioned with a built-in chapel train flowing gracefully from the shoulders set off by swirls of pearls on lace. An organza Dior bow adorned the top of her train. A band of bridal satin trimmed the complete hemline. Her veil of illusion was held by silk organza and lace petals accented with tiny seed pearls and crystal medallions. Her corsage was an orchid surrounded with daisies.Mrs. Suzanna Shafer was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. IJnda Lunsford and Miss Faith Zaleski. Miss Barbara Bowron, sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Brian Bowron, brother of the bride,was ring bearer.The bride s attendants were C attired in formal gowns of chiffon and satin, featuring a rainbow of colors. Aqua, maize, rose and pink made a lovely setting. Their gowns were styled with a satin wedding band neckline, featuring a row of tiny satin buttons and cap sleeves The chiffon cage fell In a A line silhouette finished with a wide satin band at the hemline. The sat in watteau panel topped with bow completed the styling. A matching Dior bow headpiece was used.Dick Helms was best man. Ushers were Harold Webb, Barry Bowron and Bruce Bowron, brothers of the bride.Mrs. Bowron wore for her daughter's wedding a street length aqua chiffon sheath with jacket of aqua lace. Her corsage was an orchid.The reception was held in Fellowship Hall of the church. Miss Lydia Mulder kept the bride's book. Miss Pat Uyran, Miss Elizabeth Bowron and Miss Judy Frey served cake and punch.F'or the wedding trip to Highlands, N.C., the bride wore a yellow linen suit. Hercorsage was the orchid from her wedding bouquet.After Aug. 26 the newlyweds will reside on Lake Shore Drive, Fhisiis.The bride is a native of New Brunswick, N.J. She gradu ated from Eustis High School and Woody's Hairstyling Insti tute, Orlando. She is employed at Eustis Plaza Beauty Salon.The bridegroom is a native of Eustis. He graduated from Eustis High School and is employed at Zeller, Kennedy and Hamlin Funeral Home.He plans to attend Lake Sum ter Junior College and then to go Miami Dade to study mor tuary science.
