Cornelius of VanderpooJ. on August 16, 7:15 p. in. The wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents, with Rov. W. C. Brown, a 1 cos-time friend of the family, performing the ceremony.The bride's attendant was Mrs. Homer Hawthorn of Center and the bridegroom was attended by Elvis E. Perry, brother of the bride.Miss Perry wore a two-piece suit of nary blue silk linen with matching accessories.; She wore white gladioli at the neckline. The ceremony took, place in front of a bower of pink rows with pink and red rose dec oration* throughout the room.The bride is one of Timp- j son'e beloved and honored; daughters. She graduated from the Timpeon High School and took her college work at the Stephen F. Austin College; of Nacogdoches, following with several yean of successful teaching in public schools.Mr. nod Mia Cornelius left immediately for San Antonio; where they will mskc their; home.Those attending the wedding were: Mr. and Mm.
