Joan Marie Sommerer weds Dennis MuellerMiss Joan Marie Sommerer became the bride of Dennis Lee Mueller on Saturday in a 2 p.m. double ring ceremony at St. Joseph Cathedral, Jefferson City. The Rev Richard Cronin officiated at the service.The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs. Carl Sommerer, 916 Millbrook Rd The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs Emil Mueller, Route 5.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory taffeta gown designed with a high neckline of lace attached to a scoop neck bodice edged with a ruffle of lace. The three tiered, gathered skirt extended into a sweep train Miss Margaret Jane Sommerer. Jefferson City, was her sister’s maid of honor. Matron of honor was Mrs James Dulle, Scott Station Road, sister of the bride Bridesmaids were Miss Debbie Mueller. Jefferson City, sister of the groom.
