MISS JULIA KARSJENS « Mr- and Mrs, James E. Kars-jens of Des Moines announce plans for the Aug. 31 wedding of their daughter, Julia Jeanne, to Daniel D. Smith, son of Rev. and Mrs. Lester Smith of Alta.Both Miss Karsjens and her fiance are students at Buena Vista College where Smith will graduate next January.The wedding will take place in Central Presbyterian Church, P*s Moines, with the groom’s father, pastor of Cherokee First Baptist and Elk Baptist Church, Alta, officiating. Miss Karsjens is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. G. J. Fleig of Cherokee.
