Kapp, 812 K northwest, Miami, exchanged nuptial vows at -8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6. Sevenbranched candelabra decoratedwith greenery and satin bows formed the setting in the Evangelical United Brethren church in Coffeyville, Kan. After music by Mrs. Merle Brown, the Rev.L. W. Life performed the ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Charles Coppock of Coffeyville. John Lipsey of Vallejo, Calif., escorted his niece and gave her in marriage. The bride wore a floor-length sheath dress of white organza over chrom-spun, styled with alencon lace empire bodice and short bellshaped sleeves. Her chapel train of organza, edged and ap-pliqued with lace, cascaded from the shoulders.The bouffant veil was attached to a lace petal crown centered with a lace rose. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of yellow roses with ivy leaves, pearl hearts and yellow satin streamers.Miss Karen Bagby of Wichita was the bride’s maid of honor and Miss Martha Sapp of Miami, sister of the bridegroom, served as bridesmaid. They were attired in floor - length empire dresses of yellow dotted Swiss with short sleeves trimmed with velvet ribbon and lace.Velvet bows held their veils. They carried cascade bouquets of white daisies with yellow tulle and white satin streamers.Tom Andrews of Springfield, Mo., was best man, and Fred Hensley of Bartlesville was groomsman. James Bowman, Coffeyville, and Glen Driskeb Cherryvale, were ushers andcandlelighters.For her daughter’s wedding Mrs. Coppock chose a willow green lace suit with bone accessories. Mrs. Sapp wore a pink two-piece suit with whiteaccessories. Gardenias formed their corsages.After the ceremony guests were received at George’s Tea room. The reception table held a Mount Vernon style cake. Greenery and white blossoms encircled cake and punch bowlMiss Glenda Stasell of Wich ita poured.
