Kel I-Lawsengagedto wedRichard Kell of Sikeston, Mo., and Debra Tuggle of Hollis, Okla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Celeste Ivalee Kell, to Thomas Edward Laws, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Laws of Greenville.The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norville D. Thiry of Greenville.The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Frances Laws and the late Robert Lee Laws of Greenville and Mrs. Daisy Cremeen and the late Thomas Earl Canada of Greenville.Miss Kell is a 1990 graduate of Riverside High School. She attended Shelby State Community College and Delta State University. She is presently employed at Johl and Bergman, Inc. in Greenville.Laws is a 1987 graduate of T.L. Weston High School. He is a graduate of Delta State University where he received a BS degree in biology and the University of Mississippi School of Law with a juris doctorate degree. He is presently an attorney with the Mississippi Department of Human Services.Vows will be exchanged on Oct. 1 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Greenville.I
