KENNETH LAWRENCE WILDESBouquets of gladioli and majestic daisies decorated St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for the Aug. 7 wedding of Miss Kathleen Ann Eades and Kenneth Lawrence Wilde s. The Very Rev. Joseph Miller performed the 11 a.m. ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Dorothy Swedberg andMarvin Eades, both of Rhinelander. Clarence Wildes of Har-shaw is the bridegroom’s lather.Mrs. Leo Cure Jr., Harshaw, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Mrs. Beity Lou Winter, Harshaw, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Judy Windorff, sister of the bride, were the bridesmaids.The aides wore pale pink floor length gowns of transparent net misted over taffeta with slightly scooped, close curving bod-ices and e a s e d bell skirts. Sleeveless bodices were covered with sheer nylon, and sheertrains floated from large bowsin back. Headpieces were large pink bows wuh three tiers of dotted maline on taffeta covered clips. They were finished with short veils. Small gold c r o s ses centered with rhinestones were the bride’s gifts,and their bouquets were composed of elegance carnations, and bridal wreath tied with satin streamers.Given in Marriage.Given in marriage by her father, the bride was wearing a gown of lace over taffeta andtiers of net. The bodice, fitted to a dcep-V at the waistline, was detailed with long sleeves, pointed at the wrists, and a sabrina neckline dotted with pearls andsequins. The lace overskirt was scalloped and sprinkled with sequins at the hemline; a chapel train swept from a selfbow in back. Her elbow length veil of illusion was held in place by a double crown decorated with pearls, sequins and aurora borealis crystals. Her flowers were cascading pink sweetheart roses with a streamer of ivy. H e r necklace and earrings of aurora borealis crystals were the gift of the bridegroom.Leo Cure Jr., brother - in -law of the bride, was best man. Serving as groomsmen w e i e Leonard Wildes of Waukesha, brother of the bridegroom, and Bill Jensen, Rhinelander, friend of the couple. Jim Windorff,brother of the bride, and Raymond Wildes, brother of t h egroom, seated the guests in thechurch.Honored Guests.For her daughter’s wedding.Mrs. Swedberg chose a yellow and brown floral print silk dress highlighted with a corsage of pink and white carnations. Among the honored guests were Mrs. Ada Wildes, the groom’s grandmother; Mrs. Hilda Larson and Mrs. Eleanore Biernier, grandmothers of the bride. All three were presented with corsages of pink carnations.The reception and dance which followed were held at Mead’s where decorations were large white wedding bells and white streamers. Bouquets of gladioli designated the bride’s table.Mrs. Phyllis Berg, Wausau, sister of the groom, and M r s. M a r i e Delashmit, Lisle, 111., aunt of the bride, cut and served the cake. Mrs. Alice Murphy, Milwaukee, another aunt of the bride, served coffee. Miss Del-oros Schoeneek, Rhinelander, the bride’s friend, took care of the guest book.Guests from Milwaukee, Elroy, Oconomowoc, Cornell, Waukesha; Chicago and Detroit were entertained by the music of the Northerners.Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lawrence Wildes will live at 658 Messer St. The bride, a 1965 graduate of Rhinelander UnionHigh School, is employed byElectro Manufacturing C o m-pany, Ha/.elhurst.
