Ackerman-Savage RifesIn Masontown ChurchMany Morgantown relatives and friends were among the guests at the wedding of Miss Wanda Eileen Savage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford E. Savage of Mason-town, and Richard Patrick Ackerman, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Ackerman of Arthurdale which took place in the Masontown Methodist Church. TheRev. Joseph Kelley officiated.Floral decorations were used, and Miss Mary Lou Street was at the organ. The vocalist was John Raber ofMorgantown.Escorted by her father who gave her in marriage the bride was gowned in Chantilly lace over satin, trimmed with pearls and sequins. The bouffant skirt ended in a chapel train and she carried a bouquet of carnations centered by a purplelipped orchid.Mrs. James Lutier attended her sister as matron of honor wearing pale uink organiza over taffeta, and carrying carnation*.Miss Jo Ann Favro of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Be mice Soccorsi. Miss Patricia DeBastiam and Miss Mary Jo Clara, all of Masontown, were attendants. They wore identical costumes to that of the matron-of-honor, except in hues of pastel blue. Thev carried bouquets of pink and blue carnations.Miss Wendy Dalton, a niece of the bride, of Cleveland, Ohio, served as the flower girl.Mr. Ackerman asked KelleyFinn of Edenton, N. C . to serve as best man. Gentlemen attendants were Earl Savage, a brother of the bride; James Jenkins, a cousin of the bridegroom; Larry Laughlm and Philip Turner of Arthurdale.At the reception the serving table was decorated with flowers and the wedding cake was garlanded by pink carnations. It was $ cut by Mrs. Margaret Shaffer and t served by Mrs. John Fullmer, a cousin of the bridegroom.1 At the punch bowls were Miss Sandv Jenkins ami Mrs. William Dorn ico, cousins of the bride* I groom.Aides were Mrs. Wayne Main and Mrs. Warden Dalton, sister)of the bride.
