tMiss Gertrude Balk And Lawrence Olerich. Marry At LidderdaleMiss Gertrude Balk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Balk of Wil-dey, and Lawrence Oleriefc, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Olerich of Lidderdale, were married at 7:30 o’clock Tuesday morning at Holy Family church, Lidderdale, with the Rev. L. Schoeppner performing the single ring ceremony and reading the nuptial mass.Music was furnished by the Holy Family choir..The bride was gowned in yellow ccllanese taffeta, floor length, with jacket and large puff sleeves. She accompanied her costume with a yellow picture hat and white accessories and earned; an armful of white asters.Miss Veronica Meyer of Carroll,' cousin of the bride, was the ^ bridesmaid. She wore turquoise i blue taffeta, ankle length, made in jacket effect, a large pink crepe hat and white accessories. Her flowers were an armful of pink asters.The bridegroom was attended by Hilbert Balk of Willey, brother of the bride.A reception was later held in the home of the bride’s parents at Willey, and immediate relatives were entertained at a wedding breakfast and dinner. Yellow and blue, the bride’s colors, were stres- ! sed in the table decorations. {Mr. Balk attended Holy Family school at Lidderdale, and hiss bride attended St. Mary’s school, Willey.Tuesday evening the young couple entertained their many friends at a wedding dance in the Lidderdale ball.Mr. and Mrs. Balk will reside on a farm near Breda.
