Miscellaneous Shower h Given Honoring Couple Who Will Be Wed SoonMrs, Edward Merritt and Mrs. Frank Beebe entertained Friday evening at a weiner roast and miscellaneous shower at Summit pafk to honor Gladys Cole and Evg.r Christoffersen whose wedding will take place this month.The table which was daintily decked with Flowers fairly groaned under its weight of good things to eat. .- The guests of honor were presented with .many gifts for their new home. Those present were:Mr. and Mrs. F. Christoffersen and son, Ferdinand; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kistler and family, H. G. Cole, Mrs, Amy Inman, Mr, and Mrs. Ervon Kistler, Mrs. Chester Cole, Mrs. Sam Cole and daughter, Olive; Stella Cole, Frank Beebfe and children, Merlyne, Maxine, arid Frank, Jr.; Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Houk and children, Marian, Laura May and Buddy; Mrs. Christine Merritt, Edward Merritt and daughter, Edith, all of Summit; Mr. and Mrs. Viggo Christoffersen of Lud-ington, Mrs. Inman of Pentwater, Mrs, Barbara Ross of Bass lake; the hostesses, Mesdames E. Merritt and F. Beebe, and the honor guests, Gladys Cole and Evar Christoffersen.'
