She was dressed in a pink j t pinafore with a pink corsage. t-Mrs. Goebel chose for her „ daughter's wedding a blue crepe * dress, with black accessories, ac- L cented with a corsage of pink t roses. rA three-tiered white wedding s cake topped with a small bride j and groom, stood at one end of ^ the white-laid table at the recep- j tion in the home of Mr. and Mrs. I R. A Engelking. Sr., following . the wedding nuptials. An oval- j shaped arrangement of white ! asters and feverfew arranged by Sutton’s centered the table, j White tapers in crystal candela-bra flanked the floral display, 1 and the punch service stood at the other end of the bride’s table. Mrs Leslie Engelking pre- ! sided over the punch service, j and Mrs. Monroe Stegiich. sister of the bride, served the cake after the bridal couple cut the first slice. Sandwiches were served in addition to the cake and punch.The bride is a graduate of Sea-ly High School of 1938, and after attending business school and employment in Houston, she accepted a position with the Sea-ly Broom Company, which she still holds The groom is employed with the Schier Beverage Company.The couple left for a short wedding trip following the reception.
