Hulver-CarpenterBunny Anderson Hulver and Larry Gordon Carpenter, both of Stephens City, were united in marriage June 15 at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Albin.The bride is the daughter of the late Helen and Robert Chaplin and Lohring E. Anderson, all of Winchester.The bridegroom is the son of the late Carl and Charlotte Carpenter of Winchester.The Rev. Conrad Christianson officiated. Virginia Heidel was pianist and organist and Diana Rinker was soloist.Escorted in marriage by her son, Tracy Lee Hulver of Sterling Park, the bride wore a gown of diamond white brocaded satin with an off-the-shoulder neckline and ballgown sleeves trimmed in matching selffabric roses and bows. The princess seam bodice was accented by silver braiding at the waist and the full skirt was trimmed at the waist by a self-fabric rosette and bow and flowed to a chapeHength train. Her headpiece was a beaded, floral bandeau with a French illusion pouf and waist-length veil. Her bouquet was a Victorian cascade of pink rosebuds, freesias, honeysuckle, Queen Anne’s lace, lilies, and English ivy.Dale Anderson Nichols of Winchester was matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Barbara P. Hulver of Winchester; Sandra S. Hulver of Sterling Park, daughter-in-law of the bride; Abby Lea Hulver of Winchester, niece of the bride; and Laura Michele Hulver of Winchester, niece of the bride. Courtney Carpenter of Manassas, granddaughter of the bridegroom, was flower girl.Paul Shifflett of Linden was bestyk.MR. and MRS.LARRY CARPENTERman. Ushers were Gary S. Nichols of Winchester, brother-in-law of the bride; Gregory A.
