Miss Deborah Jane Loftis und Joseph Dill Fenluw exchanged marriage vows in a candlelight ceremony Friday evening at the First Baptist Church.She is me aaughler of Doycv Loftis Sr. of Gilmer und the late Eloisc Murray Loftis und Mr. Fenlaw is the son of Dr. and Mrs. J. L. Fenlaw of Gilmer.The Rev. O. D. Oliver, pastor, officiated at the double-ring ceremony.Mrs. Irene Arnold, organist. and Mrs. J. S. Denson, pianist, presented a program of prc-nuptiol selections including O Perfect Love, Ava Maria,” Fanuiisia, Siciliano, Entreat Me Not to Leave Thee,” Panis An-gelicus, “At Dawning, •^lch Licbc Dich and O Promise Me. They accompanied Frit/ Smith of Tyler, voeolist. who sang Because and The Lord’s Prayer, and provided the traditional Bridal Chorus from l^ohen-grin and wedding march.The focal point in the dc-coialion of the altar area was an arched candelabrum holding pink tapcis with notns. eladioli and crcenervgarden hats and carried nosegay bouquets of split French carnations in rainbow colors. Their lilac, blue, pink, yellow and Eicon shoes were dyed to match each gown.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of while organ/a designed with molded bodice veiled in Chantilly lace and Sabrina neckline. The full blown sleeves were of lace and the lower skirt was encircled at intervals with sculptured Chantilly hands separated with pearl florals. The detachable train was caught in lacc trellis at chapel length A bouffant veil of brido! illusion was caught to a bandeau of Chantilly lacd leaves centered with loops of crystals and pearls.She carried a cascade bouquet of feathered carnations centered by a while orchid with stephanotis tied in love knots in the streamers.Tracy Dalton of Dallas, cousin of the bride, was flower girl, and Jimmy Ray Isonhood of Gilmer was ring brarcrMrs. Fenlaw is a Gilmer High School graduate and is a sophomore at Kilgore College where she is majoring in clcmentory education. Mr. Fenlaw, also a Gilmer High graduate is a sophomore accounting major at Kilgore College and is employed by Robroy Industries.Out-of-lown guests for the wedding included Mrs. Gladys Chancellor, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Williamson of Spring Hill; Mr. and Mrs. Gaston DeBerry and children of Ore City; Mr. and Mrs. S. Denson, Mrs. Perry Connolly, Miss Debbie Slcwart, Miss Jo Ellen Stephenson, Miss Ann Parker, Miss Kathy Stracener, and the honorce.Roy Harpers Entertain On Visit OccasionsMr. and Mrs. Roy Harper spent a few days in Galveston last week and brought Mrs. Eva High, Mrs. Harper's sister, home for a short visit. Her son, Harper High of Kemble, Neb., came by and took her home Wednesday.The Harpers had a salad course supper for Misses Karen and Kristi Hinson, Saturday night. Chicken salad, orange and carrot Jcllo mold, pineapple slices with cottage cheese, Chcctos, various types of crackers, leu, chocolate cake and icc cream and peaches.Games were played later. I
