Swanberg — MatulisDawn Swanberg of Mokena and Doug Matulis of New Lenox were united in marriage June 23 at Christian Hills Full Gospel Church in Or-land Hills.The bride is the daughter of Sheila and Ralph Swanberg of Mokena.The bridegroom is the son of Lynda and Wayne Matulis of New Lenox.Maid of honor was Kim Kimball of Aurora. Bridesmaids were Kal-pana Gilchrist of Orland Hills; Cecelia Whinnen of Lexington, Ky.;Karin Omori and Pam Robbins, both of Tinley Park; and Jeannine Matulis of New Lenox.Paul Quinn of Orland Park was best man. Groomsmen were Scott Gilchrist of Orland Hills; Doug, Darrell and Dale Swanberg, all of Mokena; and Drew Matulis of New Lenox. Ring bearer was Ryan Swanberg of Mokena. The ushers were Dan Sherstad of Frankfort and Chuck Freitag of Joliet.Following a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains, Pa., the couple is residing in Mokena.The bride is a 1985 graduate of Lincoln-Way High School and a 1990 graduate of the College of St. Francis. She is employed as a floral designer by the Alsip Nursery in Frankfort.Matulis is a 1982 graduate of Hillcrest High School and a 1990 graduate of Governors State University. He is employed as a computer pro- Dawn and D Matul sgrammer by the Panduit Corp. in Tinley Park.
