TIM BERGKAMPKathy Tart Says Vows With Tim BergkampBefore an altar flanked by twin baskets of white and peach gladioli, Miss Kathy Tart and Tim Bergkamp exchanged bows recently in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Roger Bergkamp, brother of the bridegroom, officiated at the 3 p.m. double ring ceremony. Mrs. Willard Moncrief. organist, presented wedding selections.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Tart. 926 E. Poplar Ave., and the bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gus Bergkamp, Rt. 4.For her wedding, the bride chose a white satin sheath with white organza overskirt. Lace rose motif was featured on the sleeves and bodice, and a modified train extended from the empire waistline. A white organza rose, adorned with seed pearls and crystals, held the bridal veil of white organza. Her bouquet of white gladioli and white carnations was centered with talisman roses.Miss Donna Shoffner. Braman, Okla., was maid othonor, and bridesmaids were Miss Kendra Tart, sister of the bride, and Miss May Rose Bergkamp, sister of the bridegroom. Quentin Bergkamp served his brother as best man, and ushers were Dennis Tart and Leon Rau. Groomsmen were Gene Bergkamp and Gary Bailey.For her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Tart wore an A-line dress of gray and white dotted voile with white accessories. The bridegroom’s mother chose a beige lace sheath and green accessories. Both wore corsages of talisman roses.Members of the church Altar Society arranged the bridal table, which was covered with lace over white satin. The three-tiered wedding cake was encircled with peach flowers Assisting at the reception wert Mrs. Joyce Bailey, Mrs. Jud Dwyer and Mrs. Jack it Chitwood.The couple is now at homt at 801 S. Summit St., following a wedding trip to Gultport Miss., and surrounding area.
