Parsons, are residing at 254 Redbank dr. following their marriage July 29in Mary, Help of Christians church.The nuptial mass ceremony was performed at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. Fr. J. Thomas Rolfes. James Diltz of Springfield, O., sang the sacred music for the service and Mrs. Alfred J. Fonzi accompanied on the organ.Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Curtis O. Parson, 1029 Cottage dr., and Mr. and Mrs. John B. Wimsatt of Bardstown, Ky.THE BRIDE approached the altar in a white Irish linen A-line gown fashioned with an empire bodice of Italian lace and featuring a scalloped neckline and bell sleeves. A chapel Italian lace train was caught at the high empire waist band. The bride's gown was designed by her mother.A headdress of clusteredpeauinsetsde soi with crystal caught her quad-ruple-tlered, shoulder-length veil of French silk illusion and the bride carried a colonial bouquet of yellow carnations and yellow roses with streamer* of baby carnations.MISS DONNELLE Jeffers was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Darlene Jeffers and Miss Barbara Wimsatt, sister of the bridegroom. They were attired in gowns of yellow dotted Swiss styled with empire waists and A-line skirts enhanced withfree-flowing backs. Their quadruple-tiered net veiling was held by pearl combs and they carried colonial bouquets of yellow and tangerine carnations with streamers of baby carnations.Best man for the bridegroom was his brother, Beverly Wimsatt of Bardstown, Ky. Ushers were Joseph Clements of Springfield, Ky., and Herald Clarkof Dayton. Robert Edelen and Raymond Edelen served as altar boys.Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the NCO club. Hostesses were Mrs. Herald Clark, Mrs. Carol F rakes and Miss Janet Detrick, all of Dayton, and Miss Patrice Russ of Champaign, 111.For her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Parsons wore a pale blue Italian lace over peau de soi accented withbone accessories. The bridegroom's mother wore a two-piece ensemble in navy blue silk shantung with matching accessories. The mothers’ corsages were of yellow carnations.The new Mrs. Wimsatt graduated from Fairborn high school,attended Wright State campus and is presently employed by the foreign technology division of Wright-Patterson AFB.
