Einspahr at ArcadiaJoan Einspahr, sister of the{ A wedding’ supper was served bridegroom, was maid of honor to 50 relativesand Lucv Lee Wavno of Odebolt. *** \uhnARCADIA — Matilda Jentzen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jentzen of Area dia, became the bride of Donald Einspahr, son of Mrs. J. W. Carlson and the late‘ Harold Einspahr in a 3 p. m. double ring ceremony yesterday at Zion Lutheran church at Arcadia.The Rev. Theodore Tews was* the officiating clergyman,* * *Mrs. Elmer Behneman sang “O Perfect Love” before the ceremony and the “Lord's Prayer” fol-* lowing the ceremony, accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Harold Koep-ke. Other music included’ “Bridal^Chorus” from “Lohengrin” at the processional and Mendelssohn's '‘Wedding March” at the recessional.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of white marquisette with double tiered yoke, round neckline and gauntlets of the same material. The hipline was detailed with double tiers of the fabric, and the full skirt terminated in a three-yard train. Of double tiered French illusion, her bridal veil fell from a high draped turban of matching illusion with a cluster of pearlized orange blossoms at each side. She carried * a bouquet of white roses tied with white satin ribbon.friend of the couple, was bridesmaid.♦ ♦ ♦ •Miss Einspahr was attired in a salmon pink faille taffeta gown identical to the bride’s with the ’exception of a three tiered bustle. Matching mitts and a halo headdress trimmed with pink satin ribbons completed her costume.Miss Wayne wore a gown of pink net over pink satin accented with a ruffled yoke and a ruffle of net near the bottom of the skirt. She wore matching mitts and headdress.Both attendants carried bouquets of pink and white asters.Werner Jentzen. brother of the bride, and John Huldcen of Ode-bolt, friend of the couple, were tin* bridegroom’s attendants. Ushers were Alvin Jentzen, cousin of the bride, and Wayne Kessler of Gai-va, cousin of the bridegroom.* * i(cImmediately following the ceremony, approximately 100 guests were entertained at a reception in the church parlors. In the' center of the tabic was a three-tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bride and groom.had charge of the guest book, also poured. Dining room hostesses were Mrs. Bill Jentzen and Mildred Tews. They were assisted by Mrs. John Hbbgestraat, Violetta NoeJek, Ruth Obman, Betty Ob-mnn, Dorothy Grundmeier and EUVinc Lips.* * *The bride, a graduate of Arcadia high school, attended Buena Vista college. Storm Lake, for two years. She is fifth grade teacher in the Odebolt public school.The bridegroom, a graduate of Odebolt high school, .served two years in the United States Marine corps, IS months of which were spent in the South Pacific. He is employed as a welder.Guests from Chicago, 111., Galvo, Carroll, Early, Odebolt and Deloit attended the wedding.
