LowdcnThe marriage of Miss Luanna Freese to Henry O. Sander took: place at 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the parsonage of the Zion Evangelical church. The Rev. T. A. Thomas officiated, using the double ring service. The only attendants were the brides sisters, the Misses Elsie and Malinda Freese.The bride wore a gown of travel tweed and carried a shower bouquet* of white roses and baby's breath. Her attendants wore gowns of blue chiffon.Following the ceremony the bride and bridegroom left immediately for Davenport. At noon Sunday a wedding dinner was served to the bridal party and immediate relatives at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Freese. The young couple then left for a motor trip through Minnesota and on their return they will make their home for the present with the bridegrooms father.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Freese and received her education in the rural schools near here. For several years she has been employed at Davenport. Mr. Sander is the only son of John H. Sander. He attended the Low-den high school and also the Iowa State college at Ames.
