The lady in Oh* case was the pretty and accomplished Miss Gertrude Covington, of Greenwood. A telephone message brought news of the intended wedding to Vaiden on Sunday afternoon, and W. Gee and S. McCon-nico went up and witnessed the ceremony. Mr. Cain was bom and reared in Vaiden. has a large family connection in this vicinity who rank among our best citizens, and for several years he held the position of bookkeeper for the big drug establishment of John E. McClurg. Miss Covington, we understand. is the recognized “belle of Leflore” and a charming woman of huih*-rior graces. Here’s to you, Hub!
