Xo estimate of damage to the pole or fence was given.Chester Levcnseller of 68 Purgatory Road, Middletown, hit a pole on Memorial Boulev'ard about ll;50 p.m. His car had more than $150 in damage.A car driven by William F. Achille, 33, of Johnston hit a parked car on Carey Street yesterday afternoon, forcing it into another ar»d forcing that into a third.Miss Laurie Ellen Thibodeau, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett A. Thibodeau of Chicopee Falls, Mass., became the bride of Christopher Ryan .Swistak,.son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Swistak of 7 Wbitwell Race, in Chicopee Falls today. The Rev. Edmund Walsh performed the ceremony.The bride was attended by Miss Judith O’Connor, maid of honor, Mrs. Ifoberl Thibcdcau, her sister-in-law, Mrs. Edward McWeeney, and Miss SallySwistak, sisters of Me bridegroom, Miss Elizabeth Ellis and Miss Regina Byrnes, Mark Swistak was tils brother's best man. Ushers were John Caswell, Michael Arnold, Edmund Roche, Robert Thibodeau, brother of the bride, and Edward McWeeney.The bride’s gown of organza over peau de soie was styled with Empire woistline, baby doll sleeves and mandarin neckline accented with lace, which also circled the hemline, and a cathedral train. Bows of peau dc soie held her long veil, and she carried a bouquet of carnations and sweetheart roses.The attendants gowns were of Pastel yellow flecked with multi-colored daisies. They rarried colonial bouquets of daisies and carnations’ and wore matching floral clusters in their hair.A reception was held al the Highpoint Motor Inn in Chicopee.After a trip through Maine and Nova Scotia, the eojple will live at 3 Freeborn St. here.The bride, who attended Plymouth State College, Plymouth, N.H., will continue studies in education and mathematics at Rhode Island College. Mr. Swistak, who attended Boston University, and the University of Rhode Island, is a graduate of Rhode Island College and is an operations research analyst in government employ. In September he will teach mathematics al Rogers High School.
