Beverly Winkleman of Buffalo Center sang “Because” and “Wedding Prayer.”The bride who entered with ■her father wore a white satin gown with lace overskirt with a long train. She wore a finger tip veil in ’bonnet effect. She carried a white Bible with an orchid.Miss Shirley Jacobson, friend of the bride was maid of honor. She wire an orchid dotted swiss gown and carried a bouquet of white gladioli tied with yellow ribbon. Miss Louise Miller of Chicago, 111., a sister of the bridegroom, and Carolyn Stowe, sister of the bride were bridesmaids. The attendants all wore pearl necklaces, gifts from the bride.Euteima Reene Stowe, sister of the bride, was flower girl and Allen Anderson of Webster City, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer. Clarence Miller of Buffalo Center was'his brother’s best man and Walter Miller Jr., of Chicago -lt;yas attendant. Lowell and Lawrence Miller, twin brothers of the bridegroom were ushers.The brides mother wore a navy blue dress with white accessories and the bridegroom’s mother was attired in a navy blue dress with black accessories.A Reception was held in the church parlor for 200 guests. Hostesses were Mrs. Ellsworth Russ and Miss Gloria Alne. Miss Carol Lee Johnson of Albert Lea was in charge of the guest book. The gifts were arranged by Sue Kuns of Buffalo Center, Carol Skogen and Gladys Sunde. Mrs. Iver Oakland and Mrs. Ben Hov-land poured. Mrs. Robert DeVries Jr., aunt of the bride cut and served the wedding cake. The table waitresses were Beulah Fol-kerts, Janice Teigland, Elsie Drake, assisted by Mrs. George Jergenson, Mrs. Peter Alne, Mrs. Edwin Sunde, Mrs. Carl Havnen, Mrs. Edith Engelby and Swea Larson. Pastor Thorval Alvestad of Ames was toastmaster. Rev. August Winkelmaxi of Des Moines, uncle of the bridegroom gave a talk. Larry Anderson, cousin of the bride, of Thompson sang a song. ' 'After a wedding trip the couple will live on his father’s farm east of Buffalo Center.
