Moore at tin* home of thebride, Mrs. Fannie McCathrau on Wolf’s Plains 0*1 Thursday evening atH o’clock. The wedding was a quiet 0110 and the ceremony was performedby Rev. li. F. Bishop cf the Methodist Episcopal church, in the presence of a few intimate friends and relatives. The house was simph though beautifully decorated and was rendered into a bower of charm and beauty, an ideal place for lovers to seal their plighted troth, immediately after the ceremony an tdaboratewedding dinner was served, the bride’s cake was sent from Charleston, W. Va., by a cousin Mrs. Rosa Fer-guson. The tables were tastefully decorated with verbenas and white chrysanthemums. The bride looked charming in a gown of white orgaudie and carried a bunch of white hydraulics. The bride is the charming daughter of G. W. Shaffer of Heb-bardsvilie and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Moore of Union. The couple were the recipients of quite a number of handsome presents. Mr. and Mrs. Moore have manyfriend* who wish good fortune to always smile upon them and their lives to be one unclouded day.
