Ramona Molina, Emeterio GranadoRamona C. Molina and Emeterio Granado III were married in a 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony June 24 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Antonio Trujillo officiated.The bride is the daughter of Raymond and Gloria Molina and Felmon and Virginia Baca, all of Roswell.The groom is the son of Agnes and the late George Washington of Roswell.Given by her father, the bride wore a Southern belle-styled gown of white taffeta. The sweetheart neckline was edged with French lace and seed pearls. The short pouf sleeves featured ruffles of taffeta and chantilly lace.The basque bodice was embellished with French lace appliques, seed pearls and French lace at the waist. The gown’s antebellum skirt was caught with taffeta bows and flounces of chantilly lace at the hemline and flowed into a chapel-length train topped with a bow at the back waist.Her headpiece was a bow with pearls and satin ribbons and a long, streaming veil. The bride carried a bouquet of white, blue, purple and bur-gandy flowers.For “something old,” she wore a ring from the groom; her “something new” was an anklet from Trish Washington; “something borrowed” was a pair of gloves from Josephine Calanche; and something blue was a garter from Linette Washington.Maid of honor was TrishRamona and Emeterio Granado»Washington, the bride’s sister-in-law.Alice Granado and Anna Molina held the bride's train.Flower girls and their escorts were Dezaray Samario and Raymond Molina III, and Mabel Baca and Eddie Miranda.Ring boy and girl were Joshua and Emilia Granado.Mark Granado of Roswell, the groom’s brother, served as best man.Veronica Sanchez and Penny Baca read from the Bible.Disc jockey was Franky Gonzales.Other wedding participants were Joe and Sophia Cobos, Marilyn and Charlie Thompson, Art and Sandra Anaya, Lisa and Raymond Molina III and Michael and Michelle Contreras, all of Roswell.
