#Father of Bride _Marries CoupleMiss Agnes Gertrude Hoop and Knud Gurtson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andres P. Gurtson of Prederecia. Denmark, were married Saturday at noon by the Rev. Marcus J. Roop, father of the bride, in a ceremony at the Roop home near, Slate Hill. Mr. and Mrs. Qurtson will reside on Dulce Donio farm near Slute Hill after a wedding trip through New England.CORWIX-DURLANDIn a ceremony at four o'clock Saturday at First Baptist Church Miss Leah F. Durland, forty-seven Richmond Place, la a graduate of Middletown High School aud New Paitz Normal School and has been a teacher recently in the Benton Avenue School. Mr. Corwin, graduate of Otisvllie High School, has a florist business in Warwick, where they will establish residence at ten Galloway Road.The ceremony, performed by meRev. Albert W. Sheckell*. Jr, wa* introduced by a vocal duet. Oh Promise Me, bv Mrs. Edwin L. Martin and Miss Helen E. Watkins with organ accompaniment by Mrs. Richard Knight, who also played Lhe Wedding March from 1 Lohengrin and a recessional. Gueste completely filled the church, which was decorated with varicolored gladioli, ferns and palms.The bride, attired in white satm with fingertip veil, was attended by Miss Martha K. Stevens of Middletown. in turquoise blue with matching hat, and her niece, Mar-ione Durland. as flower girl m a frock of yellow organdie. She carried a basket overflowing with yellow roaes and delphinium. The bride’s bouepjrt was of white raee* and lilies erf the valley and Mi* Stevens carried yellow roses.S.
