Scoggins is not to be found in the county of Decatur, and that he resides without the limits of this State, so that the ordinary process of the law cannot be - served upon him. Upon motion it is ordered, that the said defendant appear at the n?xt term of this Court and.an-swer to the above stated case, and in default thereof, the Court will proceed as to Justice shall appertain, and that this rule be published in the Albany Patriot, once a month for four months previous to the next term of this Court.A true extract from the minutes of Decatur Superior Court.
