WED—Miss Joan Marie Williamson and Baptist Church im ‘The wedding of Miss Joan’ Marie Williamson and Richard Dale Hall was solemnized at the First Baptist Church at Newport, Ark, August 1 at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Leslie M. Richard officiated. The bride is the daughter of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Horace Manning Williamson and the groom's par ents are Benjamin Hall of Bly theville and Mrs. Betty Hall of Newport Beach, Calif. ‘The church ‘was decorated s with floor baskets of white glad, foii and branched candelabra entwined with huckleberry. Mike Hampton and Max Red man lit the candles. Music was provided by Miss Joyce Lewall, sen. John Erwin of Mountains Home was soloist. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a gown of silk organza. The sculptured bodice featured a batteau neck. Tine enhanced with lace appli ques encrusted with seed pearls and sequins. Her skirt featured scattered appliques which fell in a cathe dral train Securing her veil* was a cluster of organza roses. She carried phalaenopsis or chids. Miss Van Gore of Morresto City, maid of honor, wore a floor length pink peau de spie|y tell shaped dress and carried |: 2 colonial bouquet of pink and |+ rose asters. | Miss Eleanora Wisehart of | Myrtle, Mo., and Miss Donna Rutledge of Memphis were || bridesmaids. Junior bridesmaid | was Miss Sherry Allbrook of Selma, Ala., a cousin of the bride. They wore gowns and carried Douquets matching that of the maid of honor. Flower girl was Rebecca Blagg of Poplar Bluff, a cousin of the bride. She wore a white silk organza embroidered cress and carried a white chrysanthe mum. Guy Allbrook of Selma, also a cousin of the bride, was ring bearer. Mrs. Williamson chose a beige crepe dress with a lace jacket and matching accessor ies for her daughter's wedding. She wore a purple orchid cor rage. Mrs. Betty Hall, the groom's mother, wore a pink silk dress complimented by a purple or chid. Benjamin Hall of Blytheville served his son as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Mike Hampton of Poplar Bluff, Jim Goad and Max Redman of Fonesboro, Lynn Moore of West Memphis and Larry Skelton of Blytheville. Following the ceremony the parents of the bride entertained with a reception in the banquet room of the church Covering the bride's table was an Irish linen cutwork cloth over an organdy skirt. The tiered wedding cake top ped with a bride and groom were at one end of the table, which was centered with an arrange ment of white carnations and pink asters Flanking the centerpiece were lighted tapers in branched can delabra . Mrs. Bill Blagg of Poplar: Bluff, aunt of the bride, served the wedding cake. Miss Mary Nell Wilson and Mrs. Clarence Allbrook, aunt of the bride, pre- Richard Dale Hall were married August 1 in a ceremony in the First in Newport, Ark.
