Fouike of 1107 Connecticut street, a soldier who was driving north on Tennessee in a car owneq by Alfred Kasakowski, was fined $2;for careless driving.Both cars were considerably damaged, and the car driven by Fouike lost its fronts wheel and went on to slightily damage two other parked cars, iFouike said in court that he was slowing down but was confused by bright lights.Tennessee street is narrow and because of parked cars is a dangerous street in which to pass at night, or even in the daytime, Judge Lane said. ■__DEATH WAS ACCIDENTAL
