Miss Sara, became the bride of Mr, Frederick Sears Eaton, of Calumet, Michigan.‘l'be home was artistically decorated with Lake Superior pine, smilax and while carnations, The ceremony was per formed under a monogram of two letters, '‘I':” in whit* ami “Nv in green,Near relatives and a few friends alone wore asked to the sacred service, at which Lev. Ei. Travers Proctor presid-| ed, using the Episcopal form of ceremony, after appropriate remarks, and which was solemnized at 8 o’clock. The wedding march by Mendelssohn was played by Mm bride's cousin. Miss Luzerne JJ. Smith of San Francisco, Cali-rlt;irni;t.The bride was attired prettily in win to, Swiss vale iici ones lace and insertion, the only ornament being a handsome brooch {diamond sunburst) the gift or the groom. She also carried a hoiiqnet of while roses. The maid of honor, Miss Nettie Nickel, a sister of the bnde, was also prettily attired in white Swiss.The bridegroom has been employed for twenty years as cashier of the Calumet and Hecln Mining Company of Calumet, Michigan, the largest, copper mines in the world, lie is a very wor-t hy young man of considerable wealth and has exercised wonderfully good taste in his selection of a bride. Bothare lo be heartily congratulated.The bride was born in Waupaca,graduated from our high school and the slate normal. Shelias for the past six years been primary teacher in the public schools or Irouwood ami Calumet.After congratulations had been extended, supper was served and the remaining hours of the evening passed in a pleasant social way. Mr. and Airs, Eaton left on the early morning train for Atlantic City, going by way of Milwaukee, Chicago and Niagara Falls.
