*Parties Honor Miss SidlerMiss Mary Lynn Sidler, whose marriage to Larry Wayne Bost will be an event of August 15, was honored at a drop-in Thursday afternoon by Mrs. Joe Flanagan, at the home of Mrs. E. E. Hubbard,The honoree was presented a corsage of white carnations.Mrs, Flanagan greeted the guests and introduced them to Miss Sidler and her mother, Mrs, L. 0. Sidler.Guests were invited into the dining room for refreshments, Mrs. J. C. Grimsley presided over the punch bowl and Misses Susan and Lynn Grimsley assisted In serving.The table featured a floral arrangement and candelabra holding lighted tapers.The hostess’ gift was a'silver diner knife.Miss Sidler was again complimented when Mrs. J. Givens Young and her daughter, Miss Marian Young, onteriained at a luncheon at the Florence Country Club.The honoree was presented a corsage of white carnations and yellow daisies. 1Places for the 12 guests were marked by bridal place cards and miniature bugs of rice. A three course luncheon was served.The hostess’ gift was a silver com pale. •
