Howard testified that he did not have a gunand that his wife had not C\ed with him but one day since their marriage on July 2tt and that married life was not what to* was lead to believe it would be and that howanted to join the navyJudge McKachren decided that a peace bond for a newly married husand was not a necessity more especially when Howard told of his intention to enlist in the nav.
