The ceremony occurred in the family garden, in the midst of flower bordered lawn, canopied by towering trees. The bridal party entered to strains of Lohengrin's Wedding Match.The * bride was given in marriage by her elder brother, Mr. Geo.11. Adam. Mrs. Herbert Hack-bart.h, younger sister, was matron f honor. Miss Gertrude M. Adam, elder sister, was maid of honor-. The groo'm’s best man was Mr. Christianson of Kenosha, Wis.Mr. Edward Lieben of Naperville was usher.Mrs. Adam and Mrs. Sleeter, assisted by Mrs. R. Epping and the Misses Opal and Bernice Maschka of Kenosha, received and welcomed arriving guests.The bride wore her mother’s wedding gown, white organdy over white satin; the point lace handkerchief was also her mother’s.and groom- departed for a short trip northward.
