Haynes, pastor of the Nora Springs Christian church.The bride, who was given in marriage by the bridegroom's father, wore a white taffeta gown with a fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of talisman .roses and white carnations. Her only jewelry was an heirlooih necklace.Mrs, Wesley Bidding, sister- ofthe bridegroom, served as matron of honor. She wore a shell pink gown and pink flowers in her hair and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations. Miss Dixie Ann Hickling was the. flower girl. She wore a blue silk gown. Miss Nancy Nickoli was ring bearer. Her gown was a peach silk. Wesley Hiefcling, brother-in-law of the bridegrom was bestman,Mrs. Nickoli, mother of the bride, wore a pink linen dress with white accessories and a corsage of white and blue asters. Mrs. Crabtree, mother of the bridegroom, wore a bloc print dress with white accessories and a corsage of pink and while asters.Mrs. Helen Dunn played, the traditional wedding marches’and preceding the ceremony Kenneth Johnson sang 2 solos, Oh Promise Me,” and “I Love Thee.Following the ceremony a reception was held on the lawn. A 2-tier wedding cake; topped with .a miniature-bride and bridegroom' formed the centerpiece of the service table.For going away the bride ware a grey suit with white accessories.Out of town guests were Mrs. Fred Nickoli, Mrs. Thomas Parris. Ldrry Caldwell, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bauer, Miss Ruth Anthony, Mrs. Ole Eumraons, Miss Lois Wallen; Benny Nelson, all ‘ of Cedar Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Fessenden, Dr. and Mrs. S, S.
