B. Bishop in the town of Moriah, County of Essex, N. Y. being the county where the premises hereinafter described are situate, on the 14th day of August 1909 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, all the real estate and mortgaged premises in and by the said judgment directed to be sold and therein described as follows viz: All that tract or Parcel of Land, situate in the town of Moriah County of Essex and State of New York, and being part of lot number seven (T) in Springs and Sharp’s Patent so-called, and describedand bounded as follows, to wit; On the south the highway running easterly and westerly through said lot: On the west by lands of Levi Barker; on the north and east by lands of Carlo H. Broughton, and being the same premises conveyed to Hiram S. Sprague, late of the town of Moriah, deceased, by Thomas Altfersm and wife by deed dated August 16th, 1837, and recorded in Essex County clerks office in Liber 2, of deeds on pages 72 73, and by deed dated July 29. 1837, and recorded in the same office in Liber 2, of deeds on pages 54 55.Excepting and reserving forever from this conveyance one and one-balf acres ot said land in the south east comer thereof heretofore conveyed by said Hiram S.
