The lot has a frontage of 100 feet on Franklin and a depth of 80 feet. It lies at the intersection of Franklin street and Federal Alley in the first blook east of South Main srteet.S. H. Bennett has purchased of J. C. Stiegel two lots at the extreme eastern limit of Franklinstreet for $800. The two lots• ♦front 114 feet and have a depth ofmore than 200 feet.
