BRUCHER TO TAKEMISS LORRAINE MALONE AS BRIDE, AUGUST 12Walter Brucher of West Chicago, who recently purchased the holdings of Harry Hill, proprietor of the C. A. E. ticket office and ice cream parlor, 2 East Wilson st., has moved the store to 9 East Wilson st., the Augustine block, with a grand opening scheduled today. The new business place takes the name Elbow Room and Soda Fountain.’ ’The new management will cater to the lunch business as well as soda fountain trade, with sandwiches of all kinds to be served.Along with the opening of the new business comes the announcement that the proprietor will be married on August 12 to Miss Lorraine Malone of Marie-Fields Acres farms just east of Batavia. The bride will assist Mr. Brucher in the management of the newbusiness venture.Mr. Hill, who is disposing of his interests in the business whichhe has conducted for several years, is undecided as to his future plans, but will take a well-earned vacation before making definite plans.The ticket office of the C. A. E. Ry., will be in charge of Miss Veronica Casassa of Wheaton for the present.
