AN EX-ATTORNEY IN TROUBLE.Randolph Hinnen who several years ago astonished the people of Barber county by posing as a lawyer and held forth in this neck of the woods for about a year, is in trouble. He was arrested at Sali-na last week for deserting the United States army. It is claimed that he deserted at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The last we heard of Hinnen was about eighteen months ago when he was pretending to practice law at Hutchinson.
