Good ofFayetteville.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Walkup of Fayetteville. He is the grandson of the late Ethel Walkup of Pax. The Rev. BillyReed Wickline,family friend of the groom.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father.Maid of honor was Heather Hunter of Moab, Utah.Bridesmaids were Mrs. Lori Jill Keeler, sister of the groom, Jennefir Johnson, Sheri Koon and Molly Smith, all friends of the bride.Guest book attendant was Amy Grogg.Best man was John Mark Walkup, brother of the groom of Glenville.Groomsmen were Brian Good and Stephen Good, both brothers of the bride and John G. Hisgh-man II and Dan Amendola, friends of the groom.A string quartet, including Jim Graham, cousin of the bride, provided the music for the ceremony.Scriptures from Genesis and Ecclesiastes were given by Capt. Scott Keeler, USMC, brother-in-law of the groom and froml Corinthians by John R. Walkup, father of the groom.The bride is a graduate of Fayetteville High School and Marshall University. She is employed at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Oak Hill.The groom is also a graduate of Fayetteville High School and Marshall University. He is employed as a staff adjustor for the State'Farm Insurance Companies in Beckley.Immediately following the ceremony, an outdoor reception was held at Cedar Lakes.Following a honeymoon to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple will reside in Oak Hill.
