Strongman of Acton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Strangman of Belmont, became the bride of Mr. Juozas Mickunas, Jr., of Acton, Mr, Mickunas is the son of Mr. and Mrs* Juozas Mickunas of Athol.The Reverend Shawn Sheehan officiated at the wedding which took place on June 30.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white gown of silk organza with bishop sleeves and appliqued alencon lace embroidered with seed-pearls. She c a cried—a -bouquet of cascading stephanotis and phaleopsis orchids.Mrs. John Jacobs of Concord was the matron of honor. She wore a gown of yellow chiffon and white lace with a yellow picture hat.Sylvia Mickunas of Athens, Ohio, niece of the groom, wasthe ringbearer.Best man was Dr. Algis Mickunas of Athens, Ohio, brother of the groom.For her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Strangman chose a blue and white pattern suit and an orchid corsage. Mrs, Mickunas, the groom’s mother, was attired in a lavender linen dress complete with an orchid corsage. ?A wedding reception was held at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury.The bride is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and Lesley College.
