Stewart presided over the nuptials service, = Gladiolj ‘were grouped ‘with ferns about the pulpit platform. . Miss Beth Cocil presided’ at the organ and as a préfacé to the ceremony, Mr. Norman’ Phillips “sang The Lord's Prayer. During the signing of the register, ‘he sang Because, ‘Given in marriage by her father, the’ bride’ wore a gown’ of’ white sheer, the bodice'with a high round neckline and bishop sleeves. The Tull skirt was attached to the bodice by a wide quillted’girdle.’ She wore a chapel yell of* white tulle sur mounted by ‘a cluster’ of orange blossoms, , She’ carried mauve ‘and pink Sweet peas combined with Sweetheart roses. She was attended by Miss Joan Cowley, who wore dawn blue sheer, with V-neckline and short’ puffed hleeves. Fullness was concentrated in the back of the skirt. The waist line was marked by a pleated girdle. Her hat was a small floral disc In shaded blue tones, draped with a blue veil.” She carried anapdragons and roses, Mr. James Kennedy was,,best man. The ushers were Mésars. Frank Haylet and Edward Brisbin, brother of the bride. ‘A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, 21 Rosewarne ave. Sweet peas and gladioli formed the adornment in the rooms, Mr. and Mrs. Ramsay left for Clear Lake. They will live In’ Portage la Frabie.. The bride traveled in a horizon blue linen suit with lace collar and cuffs. Her Leghorn hat had a front downward curved brim. She wore a corsage of roses.
