The wedding took place at 4 p.m.The couple were attended by Mrs. Esther Good sell of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Arthur Troeser of Des Plaines.The bride wore a powder blue lace dress and white accessories including a close fitting satin hat covered with seed pearls. She had a white orchid corsage.Mrs. Goodsell, the matron of honor, wore a pink lace dress and a purple orchid corsage. The mother of the bride wore a copen blue crepe dress.Following the ceremony 35 guests were invited to dinner at Berchel’s in Des Plaines.Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt will make their home at Silent baks, Kirch h off rd.. Palatine, following a wedding trip in Wautoma, Wis.
