HOUSTON GIRL WEDS BELTON MAN IN DOUBLE RING CEREMONYMiss Bernice Gerzovsky. daughter of Mrs. Fannie Gerzovsky of Houston became the bride of Murray Diskin of Belton in a double ring ceremony performed Duly 4 at the home of the bride's mother Rabbi S. Green officiated.The ceremony was solemnized under a canopy of white satin adorned with fern and tephonotis and palm at either side. Gregor Jassel gave traditional wedding solos on the violin and Miss Sara Lewis was soloist.The bride was given in marriage bv her brother-in-law. Max L. Lewis. She was gowned in white satin and illusion styled with a fitted bodice, tight sleeves which tapered to a point over the hands and a bouffant skirt. Her veil of illusion fell in tiers from a tiara of seed pearls and she carried a cascade bouquet of orchids and stephanoti' on a white prayer book.Miss Dorothy Herskowitz was maid of honor and Mrs. Ben Neuman was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Lewis and Miss Gay Neuman. They were gowned in shades of pink and fuchsia and carried nosegays of seasonal blossoms. Mr. Neuman served the bridegroom as best man and groomsmen were Morris Goldberg and Jerome Salzberg. Mrs. Gerzovsky was attired in a gown of aqua brocade with a corsage of slipper orchids.A reception was held following the ceremony. The tiered wedding cake formed the centerpiece for the table which was laid with Madeira cloth.For travel the bride chose t pearl gray suit with black acces series and a corsage of white or chids.Mrs. Diskin is a graduate of i Houston high school and a busi ness college of that city. She wil be associated with her husband ir business as his bookkeeper.Mr. Diskin served in the armj for four and a half years. He wat on overseas duty with the 15th Cavalry for two and one hall years. He is in business in BeltonMrs. Robert Ard of Salado has returned to her home in Oklahoma City after an extended visit with Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Hutchins of Salado.Mrs. Gilmer Hendrickson has gone to New York to meet hei husband. Mrs. Hendrickson is the former Miss Helen Hutchins o! Salado.Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Allamon and Dolores of Salado have gone to Mississippi to visit friends and relatives.Mrs. Coleman Raley of Salado left recently for Newport, R. I., to meet her husband. Chaplain C. L. Raley, who is serving aboard the U.S.S. Cadmus.Mrs. J. H. Norwood of Salado is in Mobile. Ala., for an extended visit with her son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Brown.Mrs. T C Naismith remains in the Belton hospital.
