Mrs. Castetter says her husband choked her when they differed over the time table on the interurban line, that he beat her on a street car while returning from • Baldwin lake and that finally he threw a handful of sand burs at bor, some of them getting into her hair. Castetter earns '$2,500 a year. His wife wants $1,000 alimony and $5 per week for the support of the child.
