Becker of Alexander and the bridegroom’s parents are Mr. aud Mrs. John Drinkwater, Jacksonville route four.White glads and carnations, with greenery decorated the altar of the church. Tapers at the altar were lighted during the prelude by Ronald and Donald Petefish, nephews of the bride. Mrs. Joyce Stea-gall was organist and accompanied the soloist Mrs. Norman McQueen.The bride’s sister, Ruth Ella, was her maid of honor and the bridegroom's Hster, Peg, was bridesmaid. They wore chiffon on taffeta frocks and carried colonial bouquets. Miss Becker wore pink and M1 ss Drinkwater was in aqua. Their bouquets were pink and white carnations.Carl Becker, twin brother of the bride, was best man. Billy Becker, another brother, was groomsman. Ushers were Ward Petefish, Ashland; Dr. J. L. Young, St. Louis, Mo.. John Crawford, New Berlin and Michael Dool.ng, Virginia.The bride wore a wedding dress of nylon lace over satin and carried a cascade of white carnations.
