Court Rules Trial' For Treaty TraderMandate of the U- S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, reversing the order of the U. S.' District Court order here to dismiss the petition of Takeo Tadano for awrit of habeas corpus, yesterday was approved by Judge Dave W. Ling in district court.On March 8, 1946, Judge Ling quashed a previously issued writ and dismissed the petition of the Japanese who was being held for deportation by the U. S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Tadano had entered the U. S. in 1929 as a treaty trader, and had remained, illegally the federal officers claimed, after expiration of the treaty.
