E. Myrah of Forest City 1 and Mr. Martin M. Eggland, son ] of Mr. Ingebrit Eggland were un- ] ited in marriage.Rev. Hegland of the United j Church was the officiating pastor, who tied the nuptial knot pro- -nouncing the ceremony which united the lives of these estimable young people for the remainder ^c of life’s journey. IcThe wedding was a quiet one, 1 witnessed only by the immediate 1 ' relatives of the bride and groom, * and a few intimate friends. After ' the ceremony the happy couple 1 departed on their honeymoon trip 'lt; going to Chicago where they expect to make an extended stay. i The bride is a lady of refine- ; ment and culture. From a little * girl she has grown up in our t midst honored by old and young alike and has lived in this com- lt;munity up till a few years ago j when her father, Mr. II. E. Myrah : resigned the presidency of the lt;Farmers Savings Bank, having purchased a farm near I orest City, and where the family took . up their residence at the time. The groom is one of Roland s best young men who possesses those splendid attributes which make for success in life. He has been closely identified with business pursuits in our little city and at present is one of the force in the Farmers Savings Bank.Mr. and Mrs. Eggland will be at home to their friends in their new residence here after June 1.It is a pleasure to chronicle the marriage of siich worthy young people and the Record extends to them its warmest congratulations.
