Cawthon of Jackson.The bride-elect is a graduate of Jackson High School and is presently employed by the ButtsCounty Tax Office.Mr. Kinney is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Bailey of Panama City, Florida and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. R.; Kinney. He is a 1983 graduate of Smiths Station High School, and is now employed by the Georgia Power Company as a switchboard operator at Plant Arkwright, Macon.
